HEAVY DUTY LATHE TCE-200, TCE-250

Heavy duty lathes type TCE are assigned to rough and finish machining of workpieces of the weight up to 8OT between centres without steadies and weighing up to 100 T by using two steadies. The lathes are adapted for applying different CNC systems depending on customer's request. Four - way bed, rigid design of all units and special stiff double shelf tool post permit gashing with no vibration. This type of the machine ensures high accuracy and efficient cutting with chip cross section up to 100 mm². Lathes type TCE are used for machining heavy rolls, turbine rotors etc.
